A unified, coordinate-verified catalogue of PIWI-interacting RNAs across four model organisms — C. elegans, mouse, rat, and Drosophila — integrating piRNAdb and piRBase (gold) with isoform families, genomic annotation, and ping-pong mapping. Built on the same pipeline as the human piRNAome, served from a separate database.
