The browser displays only PICB-detected intervals with
accepted-piRNA-locus enrichment FDR ≤0.05 in the post-PICB matched random-placement test. Each fixed interval was relocated 1,000 times while preserving chromosome, interval length, and broad accepted-piRNA-locus opportunity. Reads were not permuted and PICB was not rerun; this is a website display threshold rather than PICB's caller-level FDR. Intervals above the threshold remain in the SQLite database.
