Sourced cluster intervals are genomic intervals imported from a named database or publication. PICB-detected intervals were called from the sequencing datasets listed below. The website displays only intervals that pass the post-PICB matched random-placement accepted-piRNA-locus enrichment threshold at FDR ≤0.05. This is a website display and reporting threshold, not a PICB caller-level FDR. Sourced-interval coverage is the fraction of a PICB interval covered by the union of overlapping sourced intervals.

For sourced intervals, the table names the database or publication from which the coordinates were imported. For PICB intervals, sequencing accessions and the PICB method citation are reported in separate columns so that the biological data source is not confused with the cluster-calling tool.
